Zach looked at her. "Then it must match how I feel." He said. He really did feel like crap. His face was pale and he didn't have any spirit in his eyes like he usually did now. He looked like he did before he really loved her. He bit his lip. He moved over to her, and rested his head on her shoulder. He kissed her neck for a moment before looking down and at the tv. Nothing good was on the TV anyway. He coughed and closed his blue eyes.
"Thank you." He said after she said that she wasn't going to take him to the doctors. She knew that he hated going there, and he wouldn't go even if she asked him too. She probably knew that he got pneumonia again, but it wasn't his fault. He just woke up like crap. It may have been him outside all night last night when it was only about ten outside. He opened his eyes and looked at his bandaged up wrist. That was his worst idea in a long time. Ever cutting himself. But he didn't know what to do, she told him she didn't love him anymore. That hurt him a lot.
"I love you." He said. He took her hands in his and looked at her. He looked away after a moment, and coughed, a little bit of blood in his mouth and on his lip. He bit his lip, the rings, all four of them touching his teeth. Maybe he should get rid of two of the spider bites, and just have snake bites. "Do you think that I should just have snake bites, and get rid of the other rings?" He asked. He wasn't really sure, but he was keeping his lip pierced at least twice. He didn't want to get rid of every piercing that he had.

Sydney looked at him and gave him a frown. She felt really bad for him. For him and his very bad immune system..and luck. She sighed and looked at the time. It was about 3. She looked at him and smiled when he laid his head on her shoulder. She really didn't care though. If she was his pillow that was fine with her. She hadn't gotten sick in about..well ever since she stopped the morning sickness thing when she was pregnant with Ember. She smiled again knowing that he felt relief. She wasn't going to force him to go there again. He would already probably end up living there when he's an older man already, so to force him to go to the doctor just wouldn't make her feel right. It made her feel cruel in a way.
She wasn't sure why but she could easily be calm right now. She was only thinking of Zach's health when she got all worried and what not. But now, she couldn't do it. She wasn't going to force him anymore. She would force enough for him to become healthy again, but if he didn't want to go to the doctor, she wasn't going to make him. And it made her feel good to know that she could trust herself in following through with that.
She looked at him, which would only be the top of his head right now "I love you too." She laid her head on top of his and closed her eyes. She kept her eyes closed but lifted her head off of his when he coughed and then placed it back where it was when he was done. She kept her eyes closed and answered his question "No, I like them. Unless you want to get rid of them. Why?" Of course she was going to be curious as to why he brought that up out of the blue. A conversation starter? She couldn't tell.

Zach coughed again. He laid there, his head on her shoulder and just felt miserable. He couldn't do anything at the moment. He couldn't even go near his baby girl, because she had an immune system only a little bit stronger then his. His was the weakest out of the three of them. He hoped that Ember's would at least get stronger, and she would be like her mother. Not getting sick a lot. It seemed that Zach was always sick, with maybe a week between it. Last time, he had a cold. Now, god knows.
He coughed and moved, so that his head was in her lap. He didn't want to move, and he didn't want to do anything. He wouldn't even get up if Ember started to scream, and if he didn't get up for his baby girl, then something was wrong with him. He was always up for her, doing things for her, getting things, feeding her. Everything. He loved her.
He looked up at her. "No reason. Just asking. I mean, you liked it when I only had snake bites. I was wondering if you rather the less metal in my mouth." He said. He stuck out his tongue, the stud in his tongue hit the light, shining for a moment.
