Joey was walking around in the dark. He was pissed. He thought that Eliza's friend Gabriel had a thing for his girl, and that he was going to take her away from him. Eliza was the only girl that actually accepted him for him, and not cared about his looks. He knew that he wasn't the best looking guy around, and just because he had tattoos nearly covering his body didn't mean that he was a bad person. He knew that Gabriel didn't like him. Though, Joey was taller then him.

Joey took out a joint from his pocket. He put it in his mouth and then took out a lighter. He sat down in the middle of the street, no one was around, and he was between two lights, so he wasn't able to he seen. He was in a black sweatshirt and darker jeans. He had on black DC skater shoes. He smoked there for a while.

Damn did he want to beat teh shit out of Gabriel and tell him to leave Eliza alone, and that she wasn't his, she was Joey's and that he that he wasn't sharing her. At all.

Jeremy walked behind Joey trying to keep up for him. He knew his friend was pissed and he didn't know who exactly he was pissed off at, but hell Jeremy loves a good fight. Plus, he brought his own knife to. He always carried it with him just in case his father came back again. Walking close to him again Jeremy really, really wished that he probably was a better runner at the time. Biting his upper lip he breathed a bit heavier and whispered "Holy shit Joey slow down..."

Smirking slightly he came up to him and sat down next to him. Looking as he smoked his joint Jeremy pulled out his own ciggarrate. Biting the inside of his cheek he looked side to side. Joey explained what Gabriel looked like to him so he knew what to look for. Looking at Joey he said "So, this guy trying to steal Eliza or something?" Him and Joey met at a bar so they weren't the closest, but Jeremy would seriously help him beat the shit out of this guy that was probably coming soon.

Looking around he saw a small figure sort of look confused and anxious? Staring at the figure he raised his eyebrows. Standing up he nudged Joey slightly and said "Hey dude...come on." Walking up slowly toward the figure he got a good look while the guy was in the floodlight. Smiling he whispered to Joey "Dude, it is him! By how you told me.." He smiled. Luckily he choose his quiet shoes.

Coming near Gabriel's car he motioned for Joey. He was good at this kind of stuff. Though, Joey deserved a few punches now and than. Leaning against the car he nudged his head toward Gabriel. Quickly he looked over as he put equipment in the car. His brain started a plan. Should he be direct and just slash the guys throat and have Joey use him as a punching bag. Nah, Joey deserved to beat the living shit out of him himself.

Looking over at the guy loading up the car he smiled and walked near him his hand reaching in his pocket he pulled out his own knife and slid it behind him in his back pocket. He thought of what to say. Motioning for Joey to hurry the hell up. Looking over at Gabriel he walked up closer to him and leaned against his car and looked at him and said "Hey, whats up?" A small smirk played across his face. He would seem fine..for now. Wouldn't make a direct threat though.

Joey looked at Jeremy when he sat down next to him. "I just have this feeling, that they know each other, and that he's in love with her and he gave me really nasty looks when I met him at the mall with Eliza." He said.

Joey watched him. "Yep. That's him." He looked at Jeremy as he got up. Joey followed after a bit, while the two boys were talking. He walked up silently behind Gabriel. Joey still had the joint in his mouth. He watched him as he looked for something.

Joey had nothing, and I mean nothing to loose from this. He was as good as dead in six months anyway, when his father came back and killed him for being a drug addict. Joey looked and found a pair of keys. He picked them up and watched Gabriel. "Missing your keys Gabriel?" He asked.

He held the keys in his hand. Damn did he want to beat the living shit out of this boy. "I'm aware you stalk my Eliza too." He said, in a calm voice. His face was straight and looked at him. This would be fun. He watched him, nearly kicking him now, but didn't. He watched him, holding the keys so tight in his hands that they left imprints in his palm.

Jeremy smiled as he leaned against the car. Staring at Gabriel he watched as Joey came behind him. He was sure he would've kicked him or something...though he didn't. He took his keys...ahhh smart. Taking his only way out of here probably. Smiling he said "Oh Gabriel does it matter who I am?" He smirked.

He stared at Joey raising an eyebrow. Nodding he said "I have also heard that you are living with her now too? Or is that me just picturing things in my mind." Pulling out his knife from his back pocket he used the end of his shirt as he ran it around the edges of his white shirt it ripped it slightly. Yep. Still sharp.

Staring at Gabriel he lowered down next to him and pressed the knife against his side and said "Don't make any sudden movements...it won't hurt that bad I promise." He smiled. Jeremy knew his breath probably didn't smell the best.

Smiling this was slightly amusing for him. Looking at Joey he nodded at him that basically said 'Go ahead..' Looking back at Gabriel he said "We won't try to kill you...just leave you with a few cuts and bruises...you might come home bloody or not..you never know. Depends on how pissed off my friend is here or not.."

Jeremy was being really, really amused. He loved his. The only thing he wondered about: was Gabriel actually scared, or was he preparing to slice Jeremy's throat now? If he did it wouldn't affect him. Just his mother...really noone else..Wait about that one girl..? Lindsay? Nevermind her Jeremy just focus on this for now.

His eyes flickered over to the stranger, then down at the knife. "If you're gonna slice me up, get on with it. Before I decided to floor your ass, kid."

They didn't know. He'd been itching for a fight, something. Joey had given him the controls, and the other kid, it wouldn't be hard to find. Gabriel and this stranger were too much alike, Gabriel could see that glow in his eyes. The buttons wouldn't be hard to find, and easier to push.

Joey bit his lip. "I know more then you would think. I snooped around her place when she was in the hospital with her baby. I found things that maybe I shouldn't have known. Like, you jumped her in the cemetery." He said coldly.

He looked at Jeremy. "Don't kill him. Maybe just.. I don't know, slit his arm completely open or something. I don't know." He said. "I know that you were there when Eliza was hurt by her father, yet did nothing about it." He stared at him. Why was it that Joey didn't move ans punch his jaw. Oh. that was a splendid idea. Joey looked at him. "You're living with her?" He growled. That made Joey snap.

Joey wiped his arm, his fist hoping to collide with his face. "I want you to leave her alone. You have no business with her, you cold hearted freak. You've stabbed Zach Flaherty just for beating someone up. I found her journal, diary thing. I know a lot of things Gabriel. And you stabbed Zach, when he was dating her. If you cared at all, you would think that maybe others half feelings to people." He said. He took another swing at his face.

When Joey punched someone, it would leave a good size bruise. And he knew that. He waited, and watched. What would happen if Joey actually killed him? Who would know? Did anyone care if he was gone? Then again, they could find his body. Joey looked at Jeremy. "You can slice him open any way you want." He said.

Jeremy kept his eyes on Gabriel as Joey talked. Jeremy was here for the thrill. He would just have to replace Gabriel's face with his fathers and he should be good. Staring as Joey hopefully collided his fist with Gabriel's face made him wince slightly. Holding on the knife tightly still he just snorted when Gabriel told him that he had a big knife for a brat like him. He smiled and said "Very much so Gabriel." He grinned. He wasn't insulted.

Jeremy rolled his eyes ignoring his comments. Looking at Joey he said "Yeah, saw these two at the park. Well, more like driving by..." He smiled to himself. He was on his way to the bar when he saw Eliza. He recognized because, well, he paid her to do something to him once didn't he? This was before Joey and her were even dating, but that wasn't the main concern right now.

Jeremy smiled and shrugged saying "I will slice you up in a minute Gabriel. I want to listen to Joey here first." He smiled.

Still smiling Jeremy looked up at Joey and when he said to slice him up any which way he liked he considering killing him, but no. He couldn't. Not going to go to prison. At least, not yet. Smiling he said "Alright Joey. As you wish." He smirked. He remember him saying that he stabbed this kid Zach.

Considering it in his mind for a split millisecond he quickly took his knife and focused on Gabriel's left arm. With one swift movement he cut across it. He watched as the blood flowed out of his arm. His eyes wide at the sight of it he grinned and considering just slashing the kids stomach just to see how much blood would come.

Deciding against it he shrugged and looked at Joey and said "I can stab him if you want me to later." He grinned and took a hold of Gabriel's right arm and said "Hey, your lucky. I was considering stabbing you like I heard you did to Zach except make it more slow and painful." He smiled.

The sad part about this was that Jeremy didn't blame a tumor for what he was doing or that he was high. He was just being plain stupid and cruel.

A joyless laugh rang in the air, and Gabriel lurched forward, only the point of the knife reminding him. He'd nearly run himself through. "You better hope he kills me, or I'm going to beat your ass into the concrete."

"Zach Flaherty couldn't fight someone who could fight, so he had to beat up someone else. He deserved what he got, I should have split him open right there."

Eyes flashing, Gabriel jerked his head to face the other one. "She trusted me enough to let me in that apartment after what I said I was going to do for her. Where the fuck were you two when her dad tried to kill her? Where the hell were you when Garrett, her baby's father, hung himself? Who found that son of a bitch hanging from the rafters, cut him down so he wouldn't rot up there?"

"I DID!"

The knife bit into his arm, and Gabriel squeezed his eyes shut. "Fuck." He hadn't hit an artery, Gabriel was that lucky. It still hurt like hell, and there was so much blood. Gabriel tore away, unzipping his jacket and throwing it to the ground. He was tempted to pick up the nearest rock and hit Joey in the head.

There wasn't a tumor anymore, and the Hadley security wasn't here to break this up. Not this time. Gabriel kicked the jacket away, lip curled up to bare his teeth. "I hope you enjoy it while it lasts. Joey, do you Eliza is still going to love you when you kill me? I've been her damn bodyguard since the day I met her. Its nothing more. NOTHING."

Gabriel jabbed a finger in the kid's direction, the kid with knife. The blood was already slowing, but there were runs down his arm, down to his hand. "You don't know who the hell you're fucking with."

With that, he jumped at him, dropping down and sweeping out with one foot. If it connected, the kid would drop flat on his ass.

Joey just stared at him "She asked me to bring her things, and I found it when I picked a few things up and it fell open." He growled. He didn't want to listen to Gabriel, but he knew he was right. He did read it, and he shouldn't have.

"I don't care. Its kinda obvious that Eliza likes you more then me. She won't admit it, but she doesn't like hanging around me anymore. She is ashamed to be around me. Like everyone else." He said. He looked down for a moment "I can tell she likes you better then me." He added.

He stepped back after a moment. "I'm not going to kill you. And neither is Jeremy. Right?" He looked at Jeremy. He bit his lip after a moment. He didn't like this at all. "You don't know the fucking shit I have to put up with at home. My own father wants me dead because he never wanted twin boys. He just wanted Jake. Not me." he growled.

Joey was done now. He didn't want this anymore. "Just tell Eliza that I'm breaking up with her." He said. He spun around on his heels and started to walk away. "Don't hurt him anymore, Jeremy. Or I will come back and murder you." He said.

Jeremy listened as the kid was explianing shit about a town he never went to or never visited. Shit...what could he do? He listened and heard as he told him as he cut the son of a bitch down from the rafters.

His eye twitching with each word he said he looked at Joey and said "Shit man you didn't tell me he did this. You didn't tell me a lot of crap man.."

Shooting a glare at Joey he said "Joey, didn't you hear him..fuck.." He was so confused now. His eyes wide he no longer wanted to kill the dude.

He has gone through so much...Staring as Joey started getting all emotional he said "Didn't you hear this guy..?" He was so damn confused about it all.

His mind spinning he soon saw Gabriel hiss something at him and than his foot came underneath him causing to fall flat on his ass. Cursing he shook it off and stared up at Gabriel. Now, his own eyes were wide with terror.

Who knew what this guy could do...if Gabriel could cut a dead body from the rafters what else could he do.....? His stomach churning he stared at Gabriel and said "Woah man just calm down..and Joey..JOEY!" He watched as Joey was walking away.

He cursed and said "Goddamnit man you are just leaving me here?!? I ain't gonna kill him! Dude..Dude! Come back." He watched as Joey kept walking. Cursing he looked at Gabriel his eyes wide.

Staring at Gabriel he said "Woah man I am sorry alright? I only heard bad stuff about you okayy?" He stood up slowly his hand against Gabriel's car and backed up an inch or so. He knew he SHOULD run, but he didn't. It felt like his feet were glued to the damn ground. Staring at Gabriel he still clutched his knife. He wasn't dropping this thing.

Hey, he had to live. If anyone was gonna kill him it wasn't going to be this kid.

Joey was still going. Gabriel pulled the sleeve of his shirt back, showing off the switchblade held in place by an elastic band at his wrist. It was easy, and kept him unrestrained in the hands. And no one was going to knock it out of his hand.

"Hey Joe! Wanna share sob stories?" Gabriel pulled something from his belt. A flashlight. "Check out this face!"

The beam lit up the scars like lightning. Gabriel laughed harshly, half-hoping Jeremy would try something. Hadley hadn't locked away the beast, they had just chained it. But chains grew rusty. Chains broke.

"Damned men don't fall in love," he muttered under his breath. He glanced back at Jeremy. "So what's your story?"

It was funny. Tifa had asked for help from her fallen angel. Him. An angel. Then infront of her friends, he was one of her monsters.

"I doubt it too..he wouldn't kill me..." He shot a glare at Joey. Goddamnit, Jeremy thought, He left me with this damn kid. What the hell am I supposed to do?

Jeremy's eyes went wide as Gabriel crouched by him and growled at him. Oh come on Jeremy. Get it together. You can't show fear to this guy. Imagine him as your dad...

That worked. Imagining Gabriel has his dad made Jeremy's pupils just expand and shrink. He was pissed off. Bringing up his knife he knew it was no more for begging. He couldn't do that right now. He had to stop.

"Begging keeps the other person distracted. While they are distracted I can think. Every think of that." He growled. Okay. Not his BEST excuse for begging. Ever. Okay, worst excuse for begging, but still.

"I wasn't thinking you killed him. You hadn't killed her. You will make excuses about not killing that chick for the rest of your life Gabriel. 'She ran away to quickly, I thought she would call the cops if I cut her to much, she gave me the pregnant excuse.' The list goes on and on doesn't it? Admit Gabriel. You like Eliza. You don't love her, but you will do anything to get closer to her." He hissed.

Feel the knife hit just above his abdomen. Breathing in sharply in pain he put his hand over it and saw some blood seeping out. Shit, that would hurt later, but it was nothing compared to how Jermey cut Gabriel.

Watching as Gabriel lite up his face with a flashlight his eyes widened at the sight of them, but he knew this was his chance to strike. He couldn't though. His feet kept planted to the damn ground.

When Gabriel turned around and asked him what his story was he snorted and said "Think I am going to share that? Unlike you two I don't go around telling people my life story to get goddamn sympathy. I want them to fight me anyway without them worrying how it will damn scar me." He narrowed his eyes. Than his body just reacted.

Putting the knife in his jacket pocket he jumped at Gabriel hopefully making impact, but he didn't see his knife slip out of his jacket and slide about two inches away from both of them.

No, distraction wasn't on Gabriel's list. Jeremy was the only thing in his sight, he'd should kill the s.o.b. right there. "What do you know about me and Eliza? Have you ever known a girl for more than a month without screwing her?"

The knife grazed his shirt. Gabriel snarled. "Do you want me to slit your throat here and now?" he said hoarsely. "What do you know about Eliza anyway?"

"You -or Eliza- don't know half of what I've done. If you're gonna kill me, get it over with. You'll be doing the world a favor."
